Our first main Highland League Weekly Monday night show of the 2022/23 season contains highlights from Banks o’ Dee v Nairn County, plus Fraserburgh v Deveronvale.
The new campaign is under way – and the HLW cameras captured promoted Dee’s debut in the Breedon Highland League, at home to the Wee County, and we’ve got the best of the action, as well as reaction from both camps.
Of course, we’ll have highlights of TWO games from every weekend fixture card this season, and we also had a team at Bellslea to watch champions Fraserburgh receive the flag and get their title defence under way against Deveronvale.
Callum Law and Paul Third then help Ryan Cryle analyse the rest of Saturday’s results as usual.
This Monday’s episode also features a chat with new Highland League secretary John Campbell – about taking on the role, coming up with his first fixture calendar, and the future implications of the pyramid.
Meanwhile, former Inverurie gaffer – and multiple championship winner with Buckie Thistle – Andy Low gives his view on the new campaign’s various storylines.
Highland League Weekly – main show every Monday at 7pm
Our subscribers-only football show, Highland League Weekly, is back bigger and better for the new season – with episodes going live every Monday at 7pm.
At points throughout the campaign, we will again be producing Highland League Weekly EXTRA highlights shows from midweek matches, which will be released on Thursday nights.
In addition to this premium content – accessible to non-subscribers, our Friday preview show, released at noon every Friday, is a brand new offering for 2022/23 season, with our panel looking ahead to each weekend’s fixtures and discussing other talking points.
