Cove Rangers have just one Allan Park game remaining after defeating Strathspey Thistle last night in their penultimate home game of the season.
Next season Cove will ground-share with an as yet to be named club before they move to their new home at Bobby Calder Park once they sell their current ground.
From the off they dominated and took the lead within five minutes. Jonny Smith played in Daryl Nicol whose cut-back was dispatched by Stirling Smith.
Eric Watson was unmarked and put a header wide soon after from 10 yards, before Strathspey had a rare chance when Josh Peters pulled an effort wide following some poor marking.
Connor Scully hit the post as Cove went looking for a second before the break, but it was his assist which provided Smith the simplest of headers to double the lead.
Just four minutes after the break, Nicol put Cove out of reach with a classy finish from a Stuart Duff pass which set him up to score past Dunn.
Substitutes Michael Selfridge and Jamie Watt linked up soon after for the fourth, Selfridge’s pinpoint cross being nodded into the net by Watt from five yards.
The visitors were reduced to 10 men when Dunn received a second yellow for dissent – his first also coming for dissent when Cove were awarded the indirect free kick – with Alister Matheson taking his place in goal.
