This afternoon’s top of the Highland League clash between Formartine and Brora is one of eight Highland League games postponed today.
Formartine’s North Lodge Park failed a 6pm pitch inspection last night, and is one of seaven Highland League matches postponed due to the weather this weekend, while Clachnacuddin v Cove Rangers is postponed due to Cove playing in the Scottish Cup away at Motherwell.
Five of the games have been called off due to the heavy rain, with the The Haughs in Turriff the worst hit ground, and completely flooded, forcing the postponement of Turriff United v Buckie Thistle.
Meanwhile Fort William v Keith and Nairn County v Fraserburgh were cancelled this morning due to frozen pitches.
