Caley Thistle have been linked with a move for Aberdeen forward Miles Storey.
Storey was a key player for John Hughes’ side last season while on loan from Swindon Town and his form for Caley Jags convinced Dons manager Derek McInnes to sign the attacker on a two-year deal.
However, Storey has found first team opportunities limited at Pittodrie and has scored once in 11 appearances, but has made just two starts for his club this season.
The Englishman finds himself down the pecking order at the Dons behind Adam Rooney and Jayden Stockley while the form of wide players Niall McGinn and Jonny Hayes has also ensured he has had to settle for a place on the bench.
Reports claim Caley Jags manager Richie Foran is keen to bring Storey back to the Highlands as he seeks to add some much needed firepower to his forward line as Inverness bid to move away from the bottom of the Scottish Premiership.
