Darren McCauley has joined Derry City from Caley Thistle on an 18-month deal.
The winger, who only joined the Caley Jags from Coleraine in January, leaves for an undisclosed fee.
He made 17 appearances, scoring twice, for the Championship side, but has rejoined his first club in Ireland.
A return of 17 goals in the 2017/18 season had made him a man in demand, with Derry previously attempting to secure his services before he moved to the Highlands.
McCauley reunites with Declan Devine, who was Derry’s assistant manager – now their manager – when the 27-year-old started his career.
Inverness Caledonian Thistle can confirm that Darren McCauley has joined @derrycityfc for an undisclosed fee.
