Caley Thistle will travel to Edinburgh to face Hearts in a benefit match for former player Angus Beith as part of their pre-season preparations.
Beith moved to Inverness last summer as part of the deal which saw Irish winger Jake Mulraney move to Tynecastle from Caley Jags but he never played a game for John Robertson’s side due to a hip injury.
Despite having surgery the 23-year-old has been unable to regain full fitness and decided to retire from football at the end of the season.
The two clubs will face each other at Tynecastle on Monday, July 8 with the match kicking off at 7.30pm.
Tickets are priced at £6 for adults and £3 for concessions and details of when they go on sale will be announced in due course.
Inverness last played Hearts in the Scottish Cup semi-final where the Jambos ran out 3-0 winners.
