James Vincent hopes Caley Thistle can join Ross County in the top-flight.
Caley Thistle have confirmed the return of Scottish Cup goalscoring hero James Vincent on a two-year deal.
Englishman Vincent, who netted the winner in Inverness’ final victory over Falkirk in 2015, has returned to Caledonian Stadium three years after departing for Dundee.
During his first spell with the Highlanders, Vincent made 69 appearances and scored five goals for the club.
The 29-year-old has spent the last 18 months on loan with Caley Jags’ Championship rivals Dunfermline, but he has now opted to return north to become John Robertson’s fourth signing of the summer.
