Former Caley Thistle defender Josh Meekings has left Championship rivals Dundee after rejecting a new contract.
Meekings joined the Dark Blues in 2017 upon his departure from the Caley Jags and clocked up 50 appearances at Dens Park.
He was made captain in 2018 and had played 15 times during the 2019-20 season before it was called to a halt.
The 27-year-old turned out 192 times for Inverness after joining them in 2011, playing in both the League Cup final in 2014 and the Scottish Cup final triumph a year later.
He was let go after the club dropped out of the top flight in 2017, after enduring an injury-hit campaign. Then-Dundee manager Neil McCann brought him to Dundee.
