The Scottish Cup third round draw was made this morning
Half of the SPFL Premiership teams will be out of the Scottish Cup by Christmas after today’s draw produced five all Premiership ties.
Aberdeen will travel to Dundee while Ross County and Caley Thistle were also handed away ties – against St Johnstone and St Mirren respectively, elsewhere, the only Premiership teams not to be drawn against opposition from the same league were handed tricky away tests with Celtic travelling to Edinburgh to take on Hearts and Kilmarnock facing Rangers.
Brora Rangers’ reward for getting this far is an away tie at Queen of the South.
