There were international call ups for both Aberdeen’s Niall McGinn and Caley Thistle’s Billy Mckay this morning as Michael O’Neill named his latest Northern Ireland squad.
The duo were two of six Scotland based players to make the cut, with Alan Mannus (St Johnstone), Michael McGovern (Hamilton Academical), Sammy Clingan and Josh Magennis (both Kilmarnock) also getting the nod for the game away to Romania.
Northern Ireland have got off to a great start to the Euro 2016 qualifying campaign, winning all three games and sitting top of Group F with nine points from three matches.
