The only negative on an otherwise successful afternoon was a late injury collected by Brill which saw the keeper carried off on a stretcher, however, the club’s official Twitter account has ensured that Caley Thistle fans return north with a smile on their face courtesy of this light-hearted message regarding Brill’s condition.
.@BrillDean a bit sore….but no amputation required and will be assessed fully on Monday.
Brill, who has been in fine form this season, picked up the injury after landing awkwardly while gathering an Ali Crawford cross and was replaced by Ryan Esson.
Everyone at the P&J wishes Brill a speedy amputation-free recovery.
