Aberdeen will be hoping to recover from the midweek disappointment of cup defeat with victory against Caley Thistle, however, the Highlanders are currently on a four match unbeaten run which they will be looking to extend.

Iain Vigurs (Achilles), Aaron Doran (knee), Jordan Roberts (groin), Gary Warren (broken leg) and Dean Brill (knee) are definitely out.

Graeme Shinnie has been ruled out of a return trip to his former club after picking up a heel injury in Wednesday’s League Cup defeat to Hibernian.
Willo Flood limped off at Easter Road on Wednesday and could now miss the next six weeks after boss Derek McInnes admitted he needs time to let an ankle issue settle.
Defender Mark Reynolds (shoulder) remains out.
Winger Jonny Hayes will be back in action after completing a two-match ban.
