Caley Thistle manager John Hughes must wait to discover whether he faces any punishment for comments made about referee Andrew Dallas after the hearing was delayed for a second time.
Hughes was cited by SFA compliance officer Tony McGlennan in the wake of Inverness’ 1-1 draw against Dundee in August, accused of criticising the performance of referee Dallas in both television and written press interviews after the game.
Hughes claimed Dallas brought an “edginess and a nervousness” to the game and wasn’t “ready to referee top flight football.”
Hughes’ hearing was originally due to be on October 1 but he was granted a postponement due to a dental appointment.
The rearranged case was due to be heard today but it has now been delayed for a second time and will take place on November 5.
The postponement means Hughes will be in the dugout for Saturday’s Premiership match against St Johnstone at Caledonian Stadium.
