Caley Thistle manager John Hughes has signed a new two-year contract with the club.
Hughes’ assistant Brian Rice has also signed extended terms, with the management duo now set to remain in the Highlands until 2018.
Hughes’ future had been uncertain, with his previous contract at Caledonian Stadium due to expire at the end of the season.
Inverness earlier this season rejected an approach from Premiership rivals Dundee United, who were keen to speak to the 51-year-old prior to their appointment of Mixu Paatelainen.
The news comes as a major boost to Caley Jags, with Hughes having guided the club to their most successful season in their 21-year history last year, winning the Scottish Cup, finishing third in the table and qualifying for the Europa League for the first time.
Following talks with chairman Kenny Cameron, Hughes has now committed to Caley Jags, and he said: “I’m extremely pleased that negotiations have been satisfactorily concluded and that my future lies with Caley Thistle.
“It’s the outcome I really wanted as I’ve really enjoyed myself at the club and in the Highlands. The supporters have been excellent and there’s a tremendous spirit in the dressing room which I have worked hard to maintain and strengthen.”
