Caley Thistle’s trip to Tynecastle to face Heart of Midlothian has been postponed due to the adverse weather conditions.
The Tynecastle pitch failed an inspection held at 7.30am this morning.
A statement on the Hearts website said: “Today’s Ladbrokes Premiership match against ICT has been postponed, due to extreme adverse weather conditions.
“Rearrangements will be announced in due course.
“Original tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled fixture, so please hold onto them.”
The Forth Road Bridge closure would have meant many supporters from both sides would have had to find an alternative route to reach Edinburgh.
Trains between Inverness and Perth had also been suspended due to flooding.
