Peterhead have signed striker Ben Armour on a one-year deal.
Armour featured as a trialist during the Blue Toon’s two friendlies against Buchanhaven Hearts and Fraserburgh last weekend and against Aberdeen, becoming their fourth summer signing after Aidan Smith, Scott Hooper and Gary Fraser.
The 20-year-old made 10 appearances on loan at Dumbarton last season and moves to Balmoor after leaving Championship side Morton. He also had a loan spell at Annan Athletic during the 2017-18 season, in which he played alongside Smith and Hooper.
Peterhead also hope to loan out midfielder Liam Macdonald to Highland League side Huntly. The ex-Caley Thistle youngster was on a similar deal at Fraserburgh last season.
