Ross County striker Declan McManus has signed a new one-year contract extension.
McManus, 24, joined the Staggies ahead of their Championship campaign last summer after leaving Dunfermline. The forward began his career with Aberdeen, and has also had stints with Alloa, Morton, Fleetwood Town and Raith Rovers.
After netting four goals in 21 starts and 24 substitute appearances in all competitions last season, helping Stuart Kettlewell and Steven Ferguson’s men win the Championship campaign, McManus has been retained for County’s step up to the top-flight.
Glasgow-born McManus will be eager to grasp his second chance in the Premiership, having made just 13 substitute appearances for the Dons after coming through the Pittodrie youth ranks.
