Ross County have signed forward Lee Erwin on a two-year contract.
Erwin, who has previous experience in Scotland with Motherwell and Kilmarnock, joins the Staggies after spending last season with Iranian club Tractor.
It proved a frustrating spell for Erwin in the middle east however, with the 24-year-old netting four goals in six appeearances, and not featuring beyond November.
The Bellshill-born striker’s early form at Motherwell prompted Leeds United to sign him in 2015, however he struggled for game time at Elland Road and he spent time on loan with Bury and Oldham Athletic before joining Killie in 2017.
Erwin’s arrival at Victoria Park follows the Staggies’ capture of goalkeeper Jack Ruddy, ahead of the Dingwall side’s return to the Premiership this season.
