Midfielder Jamie Lindsay has left Ross County to join Rotherham United on a three-year deal.
Lindsay has been in talks with the English League One outfit in recent days, after County accepted a bid believed to be in the region of £300,000 over the weekend.
The Millers had failed with a previous bid to take Lindsay to New York Stadium earlier this summer, but manager Paul Warne returned with an improved offer.
Lindsay initially joined County on loan from Celtic in 2017, and despite the Staggies’ relegation from the top-flight opted to sign permanently last summer.
In his two years with the Highlanders, Lindsay made 81 appearances and netted 11 goals, with his final appearance coming in the 4-1 victory over Montrose in the Betfred Cup earlier this month.
