Ross County supremo Roy MacGregor has shown off his keepy-up skills during Scottish football’s coronavirus shutdown, performing the club’s over-70 challenge in a social media clip.
The Staggies have been sharing videos of people, young and old, having keeping active during the pandemic.

County player Don Cowie has promised to donate £50 to National Health Service charities for every colleague who makes a video of themselves performing the challenge.
