Josh Mullin has re-signed for former club Livingston after leaving Ross County.
Mullin finalised his departure from the Staggies last week and has signed for Livi until the end of the season, with the option of a further two years.
The 28-year-old helped guide Livingston back to the top flight in 2018, before opting for another season in the second tier and achieving the same feat with County.
His departure from the Dingwall club at the back end of last week came as a surprise but Mullin had only started once this season.
The Lions’ head of football operations David Martindale expressed his delight at resigning a popular figure at Almondvale.
He said: “I’m absolutely delighted to get Josh back to the club. Josh played a massive part in our success in both the League 1 and Championship seasons and it’s a fantastic signing for the club. I brought Josh here from Albion Rovers originally as you could see the potential he had and it’s fair to say he has kicked on massively and I personally believe there is still more to come.”
Mullin had two seasons under David Hopkin at Livingston between 2016 and 2018, after joining from Albion Rovers.
