Ross County have signed former Barnsley midfielder Martin Woods on a short-term deal until January.
Woods, who is a former Scotland U21 international, has been without a club since leaving the Tykes in the summer.
The 28-year-old began his career with Leeds United, before spells with Sunderland, Rotherham and Doncaster Rovers prior to moving to Oakwell in January, where he made just eight appearances.
He becomes County manager Jim McIntyre’s second signing since replacing Derek Adams last month, following the capture of defender Lewis Toshney.
McIntyre said: “I’m delighted Martin has agreed to join the club. He’s a great talent and has a fantastic left foot.”
