Ross County sign Fleetwood Town midfielder Stewart Murdoch

Ross County have completed the signing of former Fleetwood Town midfielder Stewart Murdoch on a two year deal.

The 25-year-old started his career at Falkirk before moving to Fleetwood in 2013 where he played a key role in helping the club to promotion from League Two to League One.

Last season Murdoch made 13 appearances for Fleetwood while also enjoying a loan spell at Northampton Town.

Murdoch has attracted interest from a number of clubs north and south of the border and looks like another smart acquisition from Jim McIntyre who has already added Ian McShane, Brian Graham, Scott Fox, Michael Gardyne and Darren Holden to his Ross County squad this summer.
