Ross County goalkeeper Scott Fox will miss next month’s League Cup final after picking up an injury in Saturday’s 3-0 defeat by Dundee United. The former Partick Thistle stopper injured his medial ligament and will be unavailable for the March 13 final against Championship side Hibernian. It means that on loan Leyton Orient goalkeeper Gary Woods is likely to be in goal against the Easter Road men. Woods has made 10 appearances for County this season. His last outing was in this month’s 4-2 Scottish Cup win against junior side Linlithgow Rose.
