Scottish champions Celtic have entered the race to sign a player once deemed one of Manchester United’s top young prospects.
22-year-old Adnan Januzaj has seen his career stall after bursting onto the scene with a string of impressive performances for the Red Devils.
In more recent years, he has spent time on loan at Dortmund and Sunderland but with just one year left on his contract, it seems Jose Mourinho is ready to sell.
The midfielder made 25 Premier League appearances so far and has a growing reputation in the game.
But if Brendan Rodgers does decide to stump up some cash for the Belgian, they could face stiff competition from the likes of Roma, Paris St-Germain and Monaco.
Mourinho is said to be interested in installing a buy-back clause for the youngster so he may well fancy the chances of Januzaj reigniting his career under treble-winning Hoops boss Brendan Rodgers.
