Huntly FC claimed a 6-4 win away to Banchory Boys in the U18 A action on Saturday.
David Liston, Huntly FC’s coach, said: “A hard-fought victory and long overdue.
“Every single player performed well today and worked hard for each other—a genuine team effort.
“We didn’t make it easy for ourselves, going 1-0 down inside the first 30 seconds, but it didn’t faze the boys, and they fought back to go 3-1 up inside the first 12 minutes.
“Five different scorers in total for six goals speaks volumes as to our teamwork, commitment, and desire to win.”
