1. Guardians of the Ryder Cup
The self proclaimed ‘Guardians of the Ryder Cup’ always add plenty of colour to the competition. The group were in fine form at Medinah and they have arrived at Gleneagles with their stylish outfits and songs of support for each of the European players.
2. Pandas on the run
Even the pride and joy of Edinburgh Zoo have made the journey to Gleneagles today to take in some golf.
3. Bananaman
It’s great to see that everyone’s favourite fruit inspired superhero is throwing his weight behind Team Europe – he even brought his brothers with him!
4. Stars and StripesWe have seen plenty of American flags at Gleneagles but these guys present their national flag in a number of different forms and it is the stars and stripes onesie that secures their place in our top outfits of the day.
5. Americans getting into the Scottish spirit
The tartan kilt may be a tad more traditional over here but these Americans have embraced the Scottish spirit by pulling on the kilts and replacing the tartan with the stars and stripes.
6. A little confused
But while the Americans above certainly nailed their colours to the mast, this American Scot isn’t too sure who to support and for that we salute him – let’s hope we see a draw.
7. Spanish legends
He may not be playing but European vice captain Miguel Angel Jimenez has his very own band of merry men who have donned their Jiminez-esque wigs and pulled out the cigars to pay tribute to him.
8. Feeling blue
We’re not too sure if this is blue face paint or if the Scottish weather is just getting to these French visitors but we think it’s a good look all the same!
