There was drama involving another Ryder Cup star and a spectator being struck by a golf ball on the opening day of the Dunhill Links Championship.
A woman watching the action at Kingsbarns was struck on the forehead by a stray ball from European Ryder Cup star Tyrrell Hatton.
The spectator, who was left with a nasty gash on her forehead, was treated at the scene while Hatton and fellow spectators watched on.
The incident comes less than a week after a fan was left blinded in one eye after being struck by a ball from American player Brooks Koepka at the Ryder Cup on Friday.
Corine Remande, 49, is planning to sue organisers after doctors told her she will never be able to use her right eye again.
