North Cricket League leaders Buckie will be hoping to stretch their lead at the top of the division as they face a weekend of double duty.
Following champions Fochabers’ defeat by Highland last weekend Buckie are now out on their own at the top courtesy of their comfortable win at Nairn.
Buckie will stay there if they can win at home to Highland tomorrow and at Fort William on Sunday.
Sunday’s game will also be Fort’s second action of the weekend as they host a Ross County side looking to build on last week’s first win of the season against Elgin.
Fochabers, who have slipped to third place, face a crucial game at second-placed Forres.
Elgin and Nairn, who have both lost four of their opening five games, will each be hoping to secure their second victory when they meet at Cooper Park.
