Nina Carberry could become the first female jockey to win the Grand National
The world’s biggest horse race starts at 4.15pm this afternoon and you can watch all the action live on Channel Four.
The race could cost bookies over £30million if favourite AP McCoy wins onboard Shutthefrondoor, while a Nina Carberry victory on First Lieutenant would also result in a hefty payout for the bookies.
There’s still plenty of time to get a bet on the race so if you haven’t chosen your horse, don’t worry, check out our horse-by-horse guide to the race and our tips.
