Aberdeen golfer Richie Ramsay has had a day to remember on the European Tour after winning a BMW thanks to a hole in one in the BMW International Open in Germany
The Press and Journal columnist aced the 160yd 16th hole at Gut Laerchenhof golf club in Pulheim, Germany this afternoon.
His prize? A stunning BMW M760Li xDrive worth an estimated £130,373 (170,000 euro).
Richie tried to open the car and get behind the wheel following his wonder shot but the door was locked. He will have to be patient as the car does not go on sale until later this year.
The prize has been won at both the previous tournaments in Cologne. Englishmen Andrew Marshall won in 2012 with James Heath following him in 2014.
