The crowd at P&J Live were served up a tennis treat as the Schroders Battle of the Brits – Scotland v England showdown started in style.
The match sees the best men’s players from both nations battle it out in six matches across three sessions and it finished all square after this evening’s spectacular opening session in Aberdeen.
Dan Evans defeated Aidan McHugh 6-4, 6-2 to win the first point for England but Sir Andy Murray levelled proceedings by defeating Jack Draper in a thrilling contest.
Our photographer Kenny Elrick was at the arena to capture the atmosphere and the fans arriving to enjoy a rare chance to watch some elite-level tennis in the Granite City.
