Great British Bake-Off runner-up and Shetland Island native James Morton has named the songs he listens to whilst conjuring up his weird and wonderful bakes.
The Hilswick lad made a name for himself when he came runner-up in the contest’s third series in 2012.
Since then the 23-year-old’s been busy studying for his medical degree as well as having his book, Brilliant Bread, published last year.
Morton discovered baking as a child after being taught by his gran and has created some of the most sought after recipes ever seen on the show.
He currently lives in Glasgow, where he is a student at The University of Glasgow.
