Police have issued an appeal for information about a pensioner who is missed from her north-east home. Emily Barns, 86, was last seen at around 7.30am and officers believe she may have taken a bus to either Buckie or Elgin. When last seen she was wearing a blue cardigan and was carrying shopping bags. She is described as being around 5ft 6in with grey, short hair. Anyone who has seen Emily or knows where she might be is asked to contact police as soon as possible on 101.
