Illusionist Derren Brown held a series of sell-out performances in Aberdeen earlier this month but he still managed to find some time to take in the sights and sounds of the city.
A keen photographer, Derren walked round the city centre, capturing a series of striking images before posting them to his personal Flickr account online.
One shot models a line of colourful washing in a block of grey coloured flats while another exhibits a couple standing outside a shop, leaving the story behind it to the viewer’s imagination.
In his spare time Brown also paints and displays his work once a year at the Rebecca Hossack Gallery in London.
He returns to Scotland in May 2015 to perform at the Playhouse, Edinburgh.
