Opponents and backers of the hotel, office and retail scheme will be given the chance to have their say at the town house. Council roads and planning officials will also be on hand to answer questions from members of the planning development management committee. Muse Developments Ltd, which is leading the Marischal Square project for the old St Nicholas House site, will also present its case.
