VIDEO: America goes nuts… for surfing dogs

This is America’s latest trend; dog surfing.

California has gone nuts for the annual competition ‘Petco Surfdog’ at Imperial Beach, San Diego.

Check out this video showing footage of more than 50 pooches, and their owners, taking to the waves.

The pups are judged by a panel and the winner receives a $250 gift card.

The contest is in its ninth year and the money raised goes to the San Diego Humane Society, one of California’s animal charities.
