Ross County midfielder Melvin de Leeuw is determined to keep his 100% record of winning relegation dogfights this season.
The 25-year-old has experience of last day dramas in his career having scored twice for RBC Roosendaal on the final day to help them stay in the Dutch Second Division in 2011.
County have three games remaining to secure their place in the Scottish Premiership and de Leeuw is hoping history will repeat itself at Victoria Park.
He said: “You always need to play for something and it is not nice to be involved in a relegation scrap.
“There is pressure, but sometimes pressure is a good thing and it helps the team play better.
County are one of three teams on 34 points, one above second-bottom Kilmarnock and one below St Mirren, who the Staggies play in Paisley tomorrow.
Manager Derek Adams is confident his side will survive.
He said: “We are the form team in the bottom six in 2014. We have taken 23 points and done really well, and we want to take that momentum into the last three games.
“We have got match-winners and you need that going into the last few games.”
