Picture gallery: Early reaction

The early results have seen the Better Together side claim five victories from the first five poll results.

Clackmannanshire was the first area to declare, with no winning with 53.8%.

The No campaign have since followed that up with victories  in Orkney, Shetland and the Western Isles before edging Inverclyde with 50.08%.
